The Forum for the Automobile and Society to host debate on the future of mobility in Europe

The Forum for the Automobile and Society will host on 2 April 2014 a debate on the future of mobility in Europe with members of the three larger political groups of the European Parliament. The discussions will address some of the key challenges the next Parliament will face in connection with transport and mobility policies.

The Forum for the Automobile and Society to host debate on the future of mobility in Europe The Forum for the Automobile and Society will host on 2 April 2014 a debate on the future of mobility in Europe with members of the three larger political groups of the European Parliament.

The panel will include Dominique Riquet (EPP, France), Saïd El Khadraoui (S&D, Belgium) and Adina-Ioana Vălean (ALDE, Roumania).The debate will be moderated by Malcolm Harbour MEP, chairman of the Internal Market and Consumer Protection Committee of the Parliament. The discussions will address some of the key challenges the next Parliament will face in connection with transport and mobility policies such as road safety, environmental sustainability and investments in infrastructure.
