IFZ 15th International Motorcycle Conference

The Institute for Motorcycle Safety (Institut für Zweiradsicherheit e.V., ifz) organizes the 15th edition of the International Motorcycle Safety Conference, bringing together global safety experts in Cologne, Germany.

This year’s conference, held on 5 and 6 December, will focus on the latest research findings around safe and sustainable motorcycling. Attendees can participate in a two-day program of presentations and discussions addressing advancements related to the rider, the vehicle, and its environment.

As partners of the conference, ACEM will lead a special session titled “Riding Together to the Future”, where speakers will present the Motorcycling Manifesto, the industry’s Vision 2030+, and the latest innovations in connected riding and future assistance systems.

Additionally, ACEM will chair the first session on the second day of the conference, focusing on motorcycle accidentology and exploring diverse approaches to enhancing motorcycling safety.

For the first time, the motorcycle fair INTERMOT will coincide with the conference (5 to 8 December). The fair will unveil the new models from main brands covering different market areas such as urban mobility, touring, leisure and sport.
