It is not by chance that L-category vehicles, i.e. powered two and three wheelers and quadricycles, are a very popular form of transport in cities facing congestion problems. Commuters in London, Paris, Rome or Madrid know for a fact that these vehicles reduce travelling times, are easier to park in cities, and have reduced running costs.
