With the European Commission’s renewed commitment for a “European Green Deal”, EU institutions have strengthened their determination to ensure greater deployment of electrically chargeable vehicles in the next decade.
ACEM members are also fully committed to the further decarbonisation of road transport and believe that the EU – as well as its Member States – should play a key role in removing obstacles to the electrification of vehicles and ensuring favourable market conditions for the uptake of new mobility technologies.
